  • How do I get from LAX Airport to the rental office?

    It's an easy shuttle ride from the LAX Airport terminals.


    Please proceed to the lower/arrivals level inner curb under the pink sign that says "LAX SHUTTLES." 


    Look for the bus that says METROCONNECTOR/GREEN LINE" and tell the driver that you would like to go to the FIRST STOP AFTER EXITING THE AIRPORT CALLED "Remote Rental Car Depot."


    When arriving to the "Remote Rental Car Depot," you will be met by the Priceless and NextCar rep and driven to the office.

  • How do I return the rental car?

    Return the car to our office address:

     

    5250 W Century Blvd. 

    Suite 104

    Los Angeles CA 90045


    Park the car inside the parking garage located behind the main building (airport center) on the 5th level (top level) in spaces designated as NextCar/Priceless Car Rentals. 


    Go to our office in the main building of the airport center suite 104 for the return.


    Our courtesy shuttle timings from our rental office to LAX terminals:


    Weekdays

    • First shuttle leaves at 7:00 AM
    • Last shuttle leaves at 11:30 PM

    Saturdays

    • First shuttle leaves at 9:30 AM 
    • Last shuttle leaves at 4:30 PM

    Sundays

    CLOSED (NO SHUTTLES)


    AFTER HOURS RETURN/UNATTENDED RETURN:


    Return the car to our office address: 5250 W Century Blvd. Suite 104, Los Angeles, CA 90045


    Park the car inside the parking garage located behind the main building (airport center) on the 5th level (top level) in spaces designated as NextCar/Priceless Car Rentals. 


    Then visit our office in the Main Building of Airport Center Suite 104 for processing the return.


    Please note our courtesy shuttle timings from our rental office to LAX terminals:

    • First shuttle leaves at 7:00 AM. (Monday to Friday)
    • Last shuttle leaves at 11:30 PM. (Monday to Friday)
    • First shuttle leaves at 9:30 AM. (Saturday)
    • Last shuttle leaves at 4:30 PM. (Saturday)
    • SUNDAY WE ARE CLOSED (NO SHUTTLES)

    For after-hours returns, a one-time fee of $45 applies. Park the vehicle, capture required pictures, lock it, and drop the key in the DROP BOX located at the front of the office. 


    RENTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO ARRANGE AND PAY FOR THE TRANSPORT

  • What documents are required for the rental car?

    Please make sure you carry (all documents should be physically present at the time of rental, we do not accept copied/expired dates and mutilated documents):

    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Proof of full coverage insurance
    • Major credit cards-(no debits, no cash, no prepaid cards
    • Additional rules and restrictions might apply to local renters and underage drivers
  • What is a local renter's policy?

    • Local renters may drive within a 100-mile radius of the rental location
    • Local renters may drive only 50 free miles per day
    • Additional miles are in the range of $.39 up to .79/mile depending on the class of the car.
    • The option to purchase unlimited miles is available
    • Sedans - $30/day
    • Compact and mid-size SUVs - $45/day
    • Minivans and full-size SUVs and luxury cars - $85/day
    • Underage Drivers
    • Traveling excessive miles (over 10 miles per day and going out of geographical restriction (CA to NV) will result in penalties and fees above $1,500
    • Debit cards are not accepted from local renters.
    • A security deposit of $500 is required in addition to the rental amount

  • What are the mileage policy and driving restrictions?

    • With boarding pass and return airline ticket -UNLIMITED MILES
    • Without boarding pass and return airline ticket - 50 miles per day
  • For driving, what are the geographical restrictions?

    • With boarding pass and return airline ticket -  ALLOWED IN THE STATES OF CALIFORNIA AND NEVADA ONLY
    • Without boarding pass and return airline ticket -  ALLOWED TO DRIVE ONLY WITHIN 100 MILE RADIUS FROM LAX AIRPORT
  • What is the security deposit policy?

    The security deposit is the amount collected plus the total rental amount on the rental agreement. 


    The renter is required to pay an additional $200 - $1,000 deposit for every rental every time. This security deposit cannot be used toward the rental. 


    The security deposit is returned to the renter's credit card when the rental car is returned after deducting any additional charges and incidentals. 


    It takes 5-7 business days depending on the bank for the funds to appear as a credit on the credit card that paid for the rental.


    Security deposits can be used toward the incidentals that are determined at the time of the return:

    • Late return fee
    • Discrepancy in gas returned
    • After-hours drop-off charges
    •  Insurance deductible
  • What is the debit card policy?

    A debit card is accepted only from renters with a valid boarding pass and a return airline ticket that matches the rental dates. 


    A one-time non-refundable fee of $75 is charged at the time of the rental. 


    Renters can only rent 4-door sedans with debit cards. A security deposit will be $500 up to $1,000 depending on the length of the rental and the class of the car. It usually takes up to 15 days for refunds.

  • Are there driving age restrictions?

    • We do not rent to anyone  under the age of 21
    • Drivers under the age of 25 (considered underage) are charged a fee of $25/day (underage fee)
    • Underage drivers should always have full insurance coverage and a major credit card
    • Debit cards are not accepted from underage drivers
    • The declaration page of insurance must be submitted in advance
    • Drivers under the age of 25 can only rent cars in the classes of ECAR CCAR ICAR
    • Drivers over 65 are charged  $25/day
  • What is the pre-rental vehicle inspection process?

    The renter should conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle at the time of pickup by downloading the mobile app and/or following these steps:

    • Check for any pre-existing damage using our app or take at least 8 pictures covering all corners
    • Start the car and photograph the odometer displaying the gas level and mileage
    • Capture a picture of the interior of the front and rear seats
  • Are there refunds for prepaid rentals?

    • Prepaid rentals are NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-CHANGEABLE
    • There are no refunds for prepaid rentals.
